Three workshops follow and support the district training sessions. In the district sessions Presidents-elect work with their District Governor-elect and others from their own district. In the workshops Presidents-elect are grouped with others from all districts according to club size. A recent highly successful club president, from a club close in size to those of the Presidents-elect, facilitates discussion among the Presidents-elect on key topics introduced at the district sessions.
Workshop leaders help Presidents-elect to develop plans and strategies for how they will lead their Rotary Clubs in the coming year. Presidents-elect learn from each other and broaden their horizons about the wonderful world of Rotary Service and Fellowship.
