All hotel reservations will be made for you and are shown on your registration confirmation. Please do not contact the DoubleTree Hotel regarding hotel reservations. The DoubleTree Hotel will refer all hotel reservation inquiries to the PETS Registration Office. The specially negotiated Rotary room rate is only available through the PETS registration system.

NOTE: When you arrive at the hotel, do not go to the front desk but rather go to the first plenary session.  You will receive instructions for checking into the hotel.

For those traveling to the seminar by air, the DoubleTree Hotel provides a courtesy van service between SeaTac Airport and the DoubleTree Hotel.

For those traveling by automobile, the DoubleTree Hotel is located at Exit 152 on Interstate 5. Take Exit 152 and drive West on 188th Street to International Boulevard. The DoubleTree Hotel is located on your right as you approach International Boulevard.

For those arriving on Wednesday (D5010) and Thursday, Hotel Check-in will be done in the main lobby at the Hotel Front Desk.

For those arriving on Friday, Hotel Check-in will be done at your District Session at 2:30PM so you will not need to visit the Hotel Front Desk. Your District Governor Elect will provide you your room key during the District Session.

If you are driving, simply leave your luggage in your car. If you are flying, we have secure storage for your bags and the Sgt. At Arms will direct you upon your arrival.
