Registration Fees
Fees are based on registration category and arrival date.
Presidents-elect in districts not conducting pre-PETS will arrive on Friday. All others and Presidents-elect from districts 5010, 5040, 5080 are based on Thursday arrival. These arrival dates are built into the system and it is not necessary to select early arrival unless you want to arrive before the seminar or Pre PETS begins.
All fees are stated in US dollars and all payments MUST be made in US dollars.
$60.00 Supplement for PrePETS (Thursday arrival) Presidents-elect Districts 5010, 5040, 5080
$75.00 Supplement for private room (per night)
$120.00 Fee for early arrival or late departure (per night)
Payment of Registration Fees
During registration you will be given the option to either pay by credit card or pay by check. Payment must be made for all required fees in order to complete registration.
If payment is made by credit card registration is completed at that time. Due to bank restrictions only VISA or MasterCard are accepted.
If the payment by check option is selected the registration is placed in a pending category awaiting arrival of fees. Checks should be made payable to PNW PETS and should be mailed to arrive within two weeks. Registration is subject to cancellation if payment not received within three weeks. Due to processing requirements, payment must be made in US funds only. Checks should be made payable to PNW PETS and mailed to the registration office address shown above.

Club Representative approved by their District Governor Elect
Those Rotaract Presidents-elect specifically invited by their District Governor Elect
No Spouse/Partner Policy
Due to banquet and most meeting room size limitations it is not possible to accommodate spouses/partners at meals, plenary sessions and seminar workshops. Some attendees select the single room option and bring guests to the hotel but not to the meal sessions. Private/single rooms are limited and assigned on a first come first served basis.
Non Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in or near any public buildings in the State of Washington.
Privacy Policy
Private rooms are limited and assigned on a first come first served basis. This policy applies only to completed registrations and those who select payment by check will not be considered until payment is received at the registration office.
