All information submitted during on line registration is sent over a secure transmission system and the information is entered into a strictly controlled, password protected data base. Access to credit card information is limited to the PETS Registrar.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES - This is a long section but please read
through and review all the notes and cautions - there is a lot of information here that will help in your
registration.
You will be presented several forms to complete during registration. The selections/information provided on the early forms will be used to lead you to the appropriate following forms. Be sure to complete all forms and retain forms as required:
Personal information form
Sample name badge
Rooming and Arrival/Departure selections
Payment option and payment information (print this page for record of fees charged)
Confirmation of submitted data and final submission of registration
Thank you for registering and display of submitted data (print this page for registration record)
Automatic email sent by the PETS web page immediately upon registration completion
When you successfully complete on line registration you will receive an immediate confirmation email. This will confirm your registration, show your registration number and provide you a copy of the information that you submitted. If you selected payment by check this will indicate that your registration information has been received however the registration is still pending. The registration will be moved from pending to complete when payment is received. This automatic email and the forms you print during registration are your registration confirmation and payment receipt and no other confirmation or receipt will be provided.
On the final page - the "Thank You for registering" page - and on the confirmation email sent
you will be provided a registration number. You can use your registration number to access the protected web
portions to see who is registered from your district using the 'reports' section and to update any of your personal
information that is incorrect or has changed under 'registration changes' section of the registration page.
Please use the "update information" section to keep your contact information up to date as there will be some
information emails sent out as we near the date of PETS.
All hotel reservations will be made for you and are shown on your registration confirmation. Please do not contact the DoubleTree Hotel regarding hotel reservations. The DoubleTree Hotel will refer all hotel reservation inquiries to the PETS Registration Office. For further information on the hotel go to the pets information page -

Cautions:
During this registration process do not try to back up to correct errors. There
will be a confirmation page at the end where you will have the opportunity to correct any erroneous information or
add missing information.
If you select the pay by credit card option insure you click the "Continue with registration" button only once.
This information is submitted to a credit card processing bank and multiple clicks may result in
multiple submissions (and payments).
After you submit your payment page do not attempt to use your browser "back" button/arrow to go back and
make changes. In a few cases this has resulted in duplicate charges to your credit card. After you submit the
confirmation page wait for the confirmation email that you will receive, review the information and make any
necessary changes using the 'registration changes' section of the registration page.
The system automatically selects the correct arrival date for your registration category and/or district.
For example if you will be attending Pre PETS (District 5010, 5040, 5080) or are an
Assistant Governor your arrival date and fees are programmed for Thursday arrival to a support the sessions held
before the start of PETS. It is not necessary to select an early arrival for the Thursday sessions.
Payment of Registration Fees
Payment must be made for all required fees in order to complete registration. All payments must be in US funds only. On line payment may be made by MasterCard or Visa credit cards only. If paying by check, the check should be made payable to PNW PETS and mailed to the registration office. Registration is not complete until the check has been received and processed.
The online charge and credit card verification makes it necessary to connect
to a second secured web site provided by the credit card processor. Depending on your browser or
configuration, this shift to a second secure web site has caused some registration forms to be
partially cleared of information when you return to the PETS web page. It is important that you
verify that all information is present and correct on the 'Registration Confirmation' page which
follows the payment page. Select 'Confirm Form Information' when all information is completed and
correct. Registration is not completed until this final form has been submitted - if you don't
receive an immediate confirmation email you probably have not completed registration or there is an
error in your email address.
